Regulations
Modern style gun carts are allowed - please no gaudy, distracting advertising!
Long guns in gun carts should be in a vertical position with
muzzles up & action open
Only lead cast bullets--No jacketed bullets
Ammo reloads should be above 600 fps & should NOT be loaded
below powder manufacturer's load data. Please, no "magnum" or +P loads - they damage our targets.
Eye and ear protection mandatory on the range

Revolvers NOT Approved
- Post 1900 adjustable sighted revolvers
- Short-stroked revolvers
- Bisley style revolver hammers may only be used
when mated with a Bisley style grip frame.

Accoutrements NOT Approved
- Buscadero gun rigs
- Holster tie-downs
- Cut
down fast-draw holsters
- Modern-style vests
- Snap-button shirts or modern-style western shirts
- Modern jeans that have not been altered
- Modern-style cowboy hats (unless altered to an authentic style)
- Pants
for females (riding skirts and split skirts OK)
- Camisoles, corsets, and
other ladies' underwear unless worn under other clothing
- Clothing with zippers
- Umbrellas on gun carts unless they are made of cloth & are one solid color
- Wrist

Shotguns NOT Approved
- Modern shotguns with vent ribs
- Modern recoil pads (permitted when
covered)
- Marlin Pump
- Shotguns with automatic ejectors

Rifles NOT Approved
- Winchester 94 with angle eject
- Henry Big Boy
- Modern lever-action in current
production equipped with angle eject or ramped front sight
- Large lever-loop rifles
- Non pistol-caliber rifles
- Lever action rifles short-stroked
with a forward lever travel less than 75 degrees measured
perpendicular to the bore
